Please read this document in its entirety before purchasing any item through the website. You agree to pay all credit card charges, including any tax and shipping charges, incurred by your use of this service. CaneyRiverKnickKnack.com will never sell or allow any third party access to your name, address, credit card information or other personal information except for the purpose of processing each order submitted through the CaneyRiverKnickKnack.com website without your consent. We will however, release information to comply with law; enforce or apply our conditions of use. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
You understand further that under no circumstances shall the CaneyRiverKnickKnack.com website or its parent company Caney River Unlimited, Inc. be liable for any damage to your computer or your software that might have resulted however direct, indirect or incidental from your use of the CaneyRiverKnickKnack.com website or access to the internet.

Limited quantities, Items available while supplies last.

Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis. So if you see something you want do not hesitate to order because it may not be available at a later date.

All items are new and in stock at the time the item is listed for sale. We check item availabilities and update our store daily. However, on rare occasions, the warehouse may unexpectedly run out of inventory and before we can get it pulled from stock, an order is placed for it. If this should happen, you will be issued an immediate refund. Like we said previously, this rarely happens but if it does we will treat you right.

Claims are processed quickly and every attempt is made to resolve as quickly as possible. However, some take longer than others and stock quantities can effect the length of time that it takes to get a replacement out. Please allow up to six weeks for a claim to be resolved.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:

If you receive a defective item, you have 3 days of receipt of your item to contact support@caneyriverknickknack.com .

We will replace or refund, our choice, damaged or defective merchandise only. We do not accept returns.

In the event of a refused order, the package must not be opened and a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please look at the pictures well and read the descriptions before placing an order so that you know what you are buying.
